Facilities Handyman – Maintenance in Kingston upon Thames

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Handyman to join a well‑established facilities team in Kingston upon Thames. The role offers a stable, full‑time position with flexible start and finish times, a regular Monday‑Friday schedule and a call‑out rota every three weeks.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain HVAC and basic electrical systems across large commercial buildings such as hospitals, schools and universities.
• Carry out general facilities work including plumbing repairs, decorating and minor carpentry.
• Participate in a 1‑in‑3‑weeks call‑out rota, receiving a £300 bonus for each call‑out.
• Ensure all work complies with health, safety and quality standards.

Required profile

• Proven handyman experience in large commercial or institutional environments.
• Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high‑quality service.
