About the role

Join a progressive legal team in Petersfield as a Family Solicitor. This full‑time position offers a hybrid working model after probation, flexible start times and a supportive environment for professional growth.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality legal services to a diverse client base.
• Work within the family team, collaborating with the Litigation and Employment teams.
• Utilise provided technology (laptop, mobile phone, optional desktop phone) to ensure seamless connectivity and efficiency when working remotely or in the office.
• Meet and exceed set billing targets to qualify for a lucrative fee‑earner bonus.

Required profile

• Fully qualified solicitor with a valid practising certificate.
• 2+ years of post‑qualification experience.
• Strong ability to manage a diverse caseload effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting billing targets.
• Cannot accept CILEx candidates.
