Field Expert Masterclass Facilitator (Remote)

About the role

Crimson Rise is seeking experienced professionals to lead interactive masterclasses that introduce students to real‑world career pathways. As a Field Expert Masterclass Facilitator you will design and deliver hands‑on sessions that give learners a practical taste of your field.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and conduct 1.5–2 hour group masterclasses, delivered twice to suit different time zones.
• Present career pathways and guide students through a practical field challenge.
• Coordinate approximately three masterclasses per year (about six live sessions).
• Collaborate with Crimson Rise’s global team to schedule sessions and ensure smooth remote delivery.

Required profile

• Working professional with a degree from a Top‑30 U.S. university (strongly preferred).
• Minimum three years of active, hands‑on experience in the relevant field.
• Deep expertise in one or more program areas such as Humanities, Medicine, Life Sciences, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Law, Psychology, Creative Arts, Media, or Literature.
• Experience managing projects or guiding others through structured processes; lecturing experience is a plus.
• Genuine enthusiasm for mentoring young people.
