Finance Analyst

About the role

Farfetch is seeking a Finance Analyst to join its Finance Business Partnering team in London. The role supports the marketing and growth teams by managing marketing costs, providing insights during month‑end close and financial planning cycles, and driving financial transformation across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models, budgets and forecasts to support quarterly, annual and long‑term strategic planning.
• Perform variance analysis, investigate deviations from plans and propose corrective actions.
• Conduct in‑depth analysis, modelling and forecasting to inform strategic decision‑making.
• Prepare and present financial reports, dashboards and presentations for senior leadership and cross‑functional teams.
• Partner with marketing, accounting and financial planning teams to ensure data integrity and alignment with reporting standards.
• Identify opportunities for cost optimisation, process improvements and revenue growth initiatives.
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to implement process improvements and best practices.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Experience working with cross‑functional teams across different regions and time zones.
• Ability to manage marketing expenses and support month‑end closing processes.
• Proactive attitude towards identifying improvement areas and driving change.
