Finance Manager

About the role

This newly created Finance Manager position is part of a fast‑growing organisation in Farnham. Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will lead a small finance team and contribute to the company’s expansion through robust financial management.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and produce monthly management accounts.
• Lead the annual budgeting process and provide commentary to senior management.
• Produce financial reporting in line with regulatory requirements.
• Support the Finance Director and finance function to ensure statutory and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and implement financial systems, processes and controls.
• Coordinate information for the annual audit.
• Ensure completion of all statutory returns, reports and documentation.
• Provide technical and motivational leadership to finance staff.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a similar finance manager role.
• Full ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification.
• Experience within a medium‑large sized organisation.
• Strong technical accounting expertise.
• High level of attention to detail.
