Finance Officer – Hybrid (1 day office)

About the role

As a Finance Officer you will support operational and non‑operational teams by managing budgets, forecasts and accruals. You will ensure financial processes run smoothly and provide accurate information for effective resource management. This hybrid role offers one day per week in the office and the rest remote.

Key responsibilities

• Register and process supplier invoices and staff expenses using Oracle Fusion (ERP).
• Manage the weekly payment run, batching invoices for payment.
• Respond to supplier queries and reconcile accounts.
• Perform bank reconciliations and timely entry of bank transactions.
• Post month‑end journals for accurate reporting.
• Assist the Finance Manager with balance‑sheet reconciliations and issue resolution.
• Provide training and support to non‑finance users on the ERP system and expense processes.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience processing and paying invoices and expenses.
• Strong communication skills and commitment to customer service.
• Familiarity with financial processes and stakeholder engagement.
• Proactive approach to supporting internal and external clients.
• Experience working with ERP systems is desirable.
