Finance Transformation Treasury – SAP S/4HANA

About the role

This position offers a unique chance to join a large‑scale finance transformation programme focused on SAP S/4HANA. As the Treasury Subject Matter Expert you will bridge Treasury, Finance, IT and external partners to shape future finance processes.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the Treasury SME throughout the SAP S/4HANA implementation.
• Gather, document and translate business requirements into SAP solutions.
• Support design, configuration and testing of SAP Treasury and Cash Management processes.
• Review and improve cash positioning, payments, bank accounting and liquidity management.
• Assist with data migration, reconciliation and system integration activities.
• Identify risks, support change management, user training and adoption.
• Contribute to cut‑over planning, go‑live and post‑implementation continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience with SAP, especially Treasury or Cash Management modules.
• Strong understanding of treasury operations – cash management, payments, banking and liquidity.
• Ability to translate business needs into process improvements or system solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Analytical and problem‑solving mindset.
• Relevant accounting or treasury qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, AMCT) is a plus.
