Financial Administrator – Path to Paraplanning (London)

About the role
This permanent, full‑time position offers an ambitious individual the chance to start as a Financial Administrator and progress directly into a Paraplanning role within a respected wealth‑management firm in the City of London. You will work alongside experienced Financial Advisers and Paraplanners, gaining exposure to the complete financial planning process.
Key responsibilities
- Provide high‑quality administrative support to Financial Advisers and Paraplanners.
- Assist with the preparation and processing of client documentation.
- Support the end‑to‑end client journey, liaising with clients, providers and internal teams.
- Develop technical knowledge across pensions, investments and financial planning.
- Contribute to the smooth operation of the Financial Administration team.
Required profile
- Minimum 6 months of practical experience in financial services (administration or wealth‑management internship).
- Strong interest in building a career in wealth management and paraplanning.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.
- Clear communication skills and a proactive attitude.
