Financial Adviser – Hybrid – £60‑70K + bonuses

About the role

Our client, a well‑established boutique chartered firm, is seeking an experienced Financial Adviser to support an existing client base and grow assets under management. The role offers a hybrid working model and a supportive environment backed by a highly experienced team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop a client portfolio with approximately £20 million of assets under management.
• Identify and acquire new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
• Collaborate with full paraplanning and administration support to deliver comprehensive financial advice.
• Contribute to the growth of the client book through consultative planning and proactive outreach.

Required profile

• Qualified Financial Adviser/Planner, Level 4 essential.
• Chartered status via the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) or progressing towards it.
• Background in an independent or whole‑of‑market environment.
• Proven ability to manage and expand a client portfolio.
