Financial Adviser – Up to £80k + Bonus – Chelmsford

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious Financial Adviser to join a respected independent wealth management firm near Chelmsford. The role offers the chance to manage a portfolio of clients, receive strong lead support and progress towards Chartered status.

Key responsibilities

• Provide independent financial planning advice across pensions, investments and protection.
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients while acquiring new business.
• Build and grow your own client portfolio, supported by an existing client bank and lead flow.
• Collaborate with paraplanners and administrators to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Stay up‑to‑date with product knowledge, market developments and regulatory changes.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Financial Adviser or Associate Adviser.
• Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning.
• Highly motivated, commercially minded and client‑centric.
• Excellent communication skills and strong ethical standards.
