Financial & Regulatory Reporting Manager (15‑month FTC)

About the role

This 15‑month Fixed‑Term Contract role leads the statutory accounts process for ICE’s European and APAC entities. You will act as the key technical accounting contact across the organisation and support a range of regulatory and capital reporting activities.

Key responsibilities

• Own the preparation of statutory accounts for approximately 70 European and APAC entities, using data from Oracle Cloud and Workiva software.
• Coordinate the external audit timetable, liaising with multiple auditors and third‑party service providers in jurisdictions such as Luxembourg, Germany, Switzerland, Belgium, Poland, Italy and France.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the accuracy and timeliness of statutory and regulatory reporting.
• Prepare board and committee papers, including financial reports for the quarterly dividend cycle, interim accounts and regulatory capital assessments.
• Provide technical accounting support on a wide range of local GAAP adjustments and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Monitor emerging accounting standards and regulations, ensuring compliance across all entities.
• Assist with the integration of newly acquired entities into ICE’s statutory reporting and audit framework.

Required profile

• Proven experience preparing statutory accounts across multiple jurisdictions and GAAPs.
• Strong background in coordinating external audits for large, multi‑entity organisations.
• Knowledge of regulatory reporting requirements for exchanges, clearing houses and investment firms.
• Ability to work with senior finance stakeholders and produce board‑level documentation.
