Business Partner – Renewable Energy

About the role

This position is a strategic Business Partner role within a fast‑growing renewables business operating across the EMEA region. Reporting to the Head of Strategy, you will drive analysis and commercial insight into operational and development decisions for a diverse project portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Business partnering with operational budget holders, decision makers and leaders across the EMEA region.
• Financial analysis and modelling of project and portfolio data to support strategic decisions.
• Project finance and debt reporting, including preparation of financial statements and KPI dashboards.
• Ownership of strategic reporting and portfolio review processes.
• Collaboration with operational teams to drive financial planning and analysis.

Required profile

• Background in accounting or strategic finance, either in practice or industry.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience interpreting contracts, projects and asset information.
• Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders and influence decision‑making.
