FLT/Warehouse Operative – Warehouse & Delivery Role

About the role

Our client, a leading logistics organisation in Crewe, is seeking a dedicated FLT/Warehouse Operative. You will support the smooth running of the warehouse and handle local deliveries, ensuring stock is accurately processed and orders are fulfilled on time.

Key responsibilities

• Operate a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely to move and organise stock.
• Book incoming stock into the warehouse management system.
• Maintain and organise existing stock efficiently.
• Oversee the goods‑in process to ensure correct receipt and storage.
• Pick items accurately to fulfil customer orders.
• Drive the company van for local drops and collections around Crewe.

Required profile

• Valid Counterbalance FLT licence.
• Previous experience in warehouse operations and stock management.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational ability.
• Positive, team‑oriented attitude.
• Full UK driving licence for van deliveries.

What we offer

• Permanent contract with a salary of £28,000 per year.
• 40‑hour week, Monday‑Friday 8:30 am‑5:00 pm.
