FP&A Analyst – Hybrid, North West London

About the role

We are looking for a commercially focused FP&A Analyst to join our growing finance team in North West London. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to provide insightful financial analysis, forecasting and performance reporting that drives strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting and long‑range planning processes.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives.
• Deliver accurate management information, KPIs and performance analysis.
• Partner with department heads and senior leadership to provide financial insight and challenge.
• Analyse business performance, identifying trends, risks and opportunities.
• Support month‑end reporting and board‑pack preparation.
• Drive improvements in reporting processes, systems and financial controls.
• Provide scenario analysis and recommendations for key business decisions.

Required profile

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification (or nearing completion).
• Previous experience in FP&A, commercial finance or finance business partnering.
• Strong analytical and commercial awareness.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Proactive attitude and a desire to drive continuous improvement.
