About the role

Join Givenchy’s retail team as a Mobile Fragrance Ambassador, representing a world‑renowned luxury brand in Bristol. You will inspire customers with the Givenchy legacy, deliver exceptional service, and help drive sales in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Inspire customers through storytelling about the Givenchy heritage while providing outstanding service.
• Approach guests, build genuine connections, and maintain the highest grooming standards.
• Stay up‑to‑date with product knowledge, new fragrances, and creative ideas.
• Maintain store standards, including stock replenishment and visual merchandising.
• Work flexible retailer hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Build effective in‑store relationships and plan/deliver in‑store events.
• Strive to exceed sales targets.

Required profile

• Passion for fragrance and luxury retail.
• Can‑do attitude with strong customer‑service focus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Previous sales or retail experience is an advantage.
