International Sales & Account Manager

About the role
This is a senior‑level opportunity to lead and expand key European accounts for an established international business. You will work closely with distributors and end‑users across multiple markets, combining strategic account management with new‑business development.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and develop key distributor and customer accounts across European markets.
- Identify and drive new business opportunities to support international sales growth.
- Build and maintain strong commercial relationships with distributors and end users.
- Conduct regular customer meetings, presentations and travel throughout Europe.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, operations and product development.
- Monitor market trends, prepare sales forecasts and support strategic account planning.
Required profile
- Trilingual fluency in French and Spanish, plus English; Italian is a plus.
- Proven experience in export sales, account management or business development.
- Strong relationship‑building and consultative sales approach.
- Commercially driven with excellent negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple international accounts and travel across Europe.
- Organised, proactive and confident working independently in a fast‑paced environment.
