About the role
Join a world‑renowned luxury hospitality brand as a French Speaking Contact Centre Advisor. Based in prime central London, you will be the first point of contact for high‑net‑worth clients, delivering seamless, personalised service across phone and email channels.
Key responsibilities
- Handle incoming telephone and email enquiries from VIP clients.
- Process bookings accurately while tailoring the experience to individual client needs.
- Provide expert guidance and information about the brand’s services.
- Liaise with internal departments to manage special requests and ensure a flawless client journey.
- Prioritise and multitask in a fast‑paced contact‑centre environment.
- Uphold and embody the brand’s core values in every interaction.
Required profile
- Native‑level French proficiency, both written and spoken.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional, warm, and professional service.
- Comfortable working in a high‑performance, fast‑moving contact‑centre setting.
- Organised, adaptable and passionate about luxury client experiences.
Required skills
- Fluent French (native) and English (written and verbal) communication.
