French-Speaking CRM Sales Enablement Consultant

About the role

Huble, a HubSpot Global Partner of the Year, is looking for a French‑speaking CRM Sales Enablement Consultant to help its mid‑market and enterprise clients optimise their sales processes. You will work directly with sales teams, analyse current workflows and implement best‑practice solutions using HubSpot and other sales‑enablement tools.

Key responsibilities

• Understand client sales‑operations needs and propose process improvements.
• Configure and optimise HubSpot Sales & CRM tools, including automation and integration with other sales‑tech platforms.
• Stay up‑to‑date with emerging sales‑enablement technologies and advise clients on adoption.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights for sales, finance and leadership teams.
• Deliver training and change‑management sessions for sales representatives and C‑suite stakeholders.

Required profile

• Systems‑thinking mindset with a strong background in Sales Operations.
• Client‑facing experience and ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Business Strategy (e.g., BComm Honours, BBusSci).
• Analytical, process‑driven approach and willingness to master HubSpot Sales Hub quickly.
