French-speaking Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Customer Service Representative to join our fast‑growing team in Manchester. Working alongside Account Managers, you will be the primary point of contact for French‑language customers and suppliers, helping to drive sales and maintain strong relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Process orders from the moment a product is sold, handling all related administration.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers, vendors, the internal warehouse and Account Managers to ensure timely delivery and manage expectations.
• Book orders in and out of the warehouse system and monitor order status.
• Provide general administrative support for Account Managers, including price‑list updates, quote preparation and diary management.
• Maintain accurate records in Excel and other data‑management tools.

Required profile

• Business‑level proficiency in French (spoken and written).
• Excellent telephone and written communication skills.
• Strong organisational ability and keen attention to detail.
• Previous experience in a customer service or sales support role.
