French‑Speaking Sales Development Representative

About the role

Hiya is looking for a French‑speaking Sales Development Representative to generate qualified pipeline across the French market. You will own the full outbound prospecting cycle, from researching target accounts to conducting discovery conversations that uncover trust, call performance, and brand experience challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Research and prioritize ICP‑aligned accounts in the French market.
• Execute multi‑channel outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn) with at least 50 daily touchpoints.
• Conduct discovery calls to identify business pain related to call trust, spam labeling, and customer experience.
• Qualify high‑potential opportunities using current state qualification (CSQ) methodology.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities.
• Collaborate with Account Executives on territory planning, account strategy, and seamless handoff of qualified leads.

Required profile

• Fluent in French with excellent verbal communication skills.
• Strong curiosity, resilience, and conversational intelligence.
• Ability to work autonomously and personalize outreach at scale.
• Experience in outbound prospecting or sales development, preferably in a B2B technology environment.
