About the role

Join the Premier Inn team in Manchester City Centre as a Front of House Team Member. You will be the friendly face of the hotel, welcoming guests, assisting with check‑in, and supporting other departments to ensure a smooth stay.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a positive attitude.
• Handle check‑in and check‑out procedures efficiently.
• Assist with beverage service, meal service, and coordinate with housekeeping.
• Provide information about hotel facilities and local attractions.
• Maintain a clean and organised front‑of‑house area.

Required profile

• No prior experience required – a friendly personality and strong customer service orientation are essential.
• Ability to work 32 hours per week on a permanent contract.
• Willingness to start immediately.
