About the role
Join the front‑office team at Ibis Cambridge Central Station and be the first point of contact for our guests. You will welcome visitors, manage reservations and ensure a smooth, memorable stay from arrival to departure.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and handle check‑in/check‑out procedures.
- Register guests, process payments and update guest information in the property management system.
- Take, confirm and modify reservations.
- Provide information on hotel facilities, local attractions and answer guest queries.
- Maintain a clean, organized front‑desk area.
- Handle guest complaints promptly and professionally.
- Adhere to quality and service standards at all times.
Required profile
- Friendly, guest‑focused attitude with a passion for hospitality.
- Strong communication skills and ability to solve problems.
- Capable of working independently and managing shift responsibilities.
- Comfortable working under pressure and flexible to work weekdays and weekends.
- Fluent in English.
