About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position at Mitsu in Shoreditch involves delivering exceptional service to guests and ensuring a seamless dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality service to guests, liaising with kitchen and bar teams.
• Manage reservations and support special events such as karaoke and DJ nights.
• Maintain the restaurant’s atmosphere and uphold hospitality standards.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and collaboratively.
• Assist with daily operations and contribute to the overall success of the venue.

Required profile

• Strong customer service and hospitality skills with a passion for memorable guest experiences.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Organisational attention to detail for handling reservations and events.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Interest in Japanese cuisine and culture is a plus.
• Relevant food safety and hygiene certifications are advantageous.
