Key responsibilities

• Own your section and ensure every guest feels looked after.
• Take food and drink orders confidently and with warmth.
• Keep the floor moving smoothly without making it feel rushed.
• Share genuine enthusiasm for the menu, drinks and atmosphere.
• Maintain a clean, pre‑pped floor ready for service at all times.
• Build positive relationships with teammates and the local community.

Required profile

• Some experience in a customer‑facing role; hospitality experience is a plus.
• Warm, confident and positive attitude.
• Fast on your feet and enjoys a busy service environment.
• Reliable, team‑first mindset and passion for food and people.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
