General Assistant (Cinema)

About the role

As a General Assistant you will be the front‑line face of the cinema, delivering an unrivalled guest experience through friendly service and efficient support. You will work across ticketing, refreshment sales and venue upkeep, ensuring every visitor enjoys a seamless visit.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service to cinema visitors, greeting and guiding guests.
• Manage ticket and refreshment counters, handling sales and cash transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of auditoria, lobby and facilities.
• Answer guest queries about film releases and cinema offerings.
• Ensure queues are managed efficiently and guests have a great experience.

Required profile

• Passionate about cinema and delivering first‑class guest experiences.
• Positive, can‑do attitude with ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and unsociable hours.
• Willingness to work across all cinema departments.
