About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic General Responsibility Teacher to join a welcoming school in Kings Heath (B14). The role involves delivering engaging lessons across a range of year groups, supporting pupils’ learning and maintaining a positive classroom environment.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver curriculum-aligned lessons for assigned year groups.
- Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing feedback and targeted support.
- Maintain effective classroom management and a safe learning atmosphere.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents and school leadership to enhance student outcomes.
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development and school events.
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in England.
- Strong classroom management and organisational abilities.
- Excellent communication skills with pupils, parents and staff.
- Flexible, proactive attitude and commitment to every child’s potential.
