About the role
The Global Director of Inclusion & EMEA Lead will steer AVEVA’s inclusion agenda worldwide, with a focus on delivering impact across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Reporting to senior leadership, the role also manages Inclusion Leads in the Americas and APAC.
Key responsibilities
- Operationalise AVEVA’s Global Inclusion Plan with clear priorities, ownership and measurable outcomes for APAC, the Americas and EMEA.
- Design and deliver pragmatic interventions such as partnerships with national agencies, inclusion briefings, speaker events, communication campaigns and leadership training.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to embed inclusive practices, provide guidance and influence decision‑making.
- Drive colleague engagement, hold owners accountable and ensure consistent internal and external communications.
- Partner with Legal, Workplace Experience, Communications, People Tech, Data Analysis, Reward & Benefits, Talent Acquisition and Talent Development to embed inclusion in policies and processes.
- Oversee budget and cost control for global inclusion activities and employee‑group programmes.
- Support collection, analysis and reporting of employee demographic data and inclusion analytics.
- Coordinate employee‑group activities globally, ensuring strong governance while preserving authentic colleague voices.
- Maintain and refresh content on the Inclusion OneSpace intranet.
Required profile
- Proven senior leadership experience with a strategic, diplomatic approach to inclusion.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive accountability across multiple regions.
- Strong project‑management and change‑management capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills and experience delivering global programmes.
- Experience managing budgets and overseeing cross‑functional collaborations.
