Graduate Assistant Building Surveyor

About the role

We are recruiting a Graduate Building Surveyor to join our client‑focused team in Sheffield/Leeds, offering a two‑year Future Professionals programme with mentoring, training and the chance to work on diverse projects across commercial, residential, education, sports, nuclear and retail sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Provide core surveying services, including dilapidations, lease advice, pre‑acquisition surveys and fire safety advice.
• Undertake surveys, formulate designs and specifications, administer contracts and deliver bespoke commercial services.

Required profile

• Degree qualified in Building Surveying or RICS‑accredited degree.
• Client‑focused, positive collaborator with a strong willingness to learn and a team‑player attitude.
