About the role

Join Airbus as a Graduate Commercial Procurement professional and embark on a two‑year development journey that combines hands‑on procurement experience with structured training. You will work on critical aircraft components, negotiate supplier contracts and collaborate with cross‑functional teams across the Bristol area.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end procurement for key aircraft components across Airbus programmes.
• Manage and negotiate complex supplier contracts, ensuring legal and policy compliance.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, quality and legal teams to align procurement strategies.
• Build strong relationships with suppliers to foster innovation and continuous improvement.
• Complete 3‑6 month rotations in Supply Chain Operations, Quality and Contract Management to understand broader business impact.

Required profile

• Recent graduate (or final‑year student) with a degree in Business Management, Supply Chain, Economics, Maths, Law, Engineering or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Desire to work in a collaborative team environment focused on future innovation.
• Self‑awareness and a proactive attitude toward personal development.
