Graduate Consultant – 2026 Cohort Programme

About the role

Insight Consulting is launching its 2026 Graduate Consultant programme – a 12‑month, hybrid development journey designed to turn recent graduates into junior consultants. You will rotate through training, shadowing and client‑facing projects while gaining exposure to advisory, digital delivery and AI solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in client engagements across start‑ups, SMEs and large enterprises.
• Support advisory & design, programme delivery, technical delivery and digital PMO activities.
• Shadow senior staff in business operations, information security and sales to build consulting fundamentals.
• Apply AI and digital transformation concepts learned in the Insight AI Flight Academy.
• Contribute to implementation, architecture and digital transformation projects under the guidance of an experienced consultant.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a strong interest in consulting and technology.
• Analytical mindset and ability to communicate complex ideas clearly.
• Willingness to travel to client sites or Insight offices up to three days a week.
• Team‑player who thrives in an inclusive, diverse environment.
