Main Missions

• Participate in structured rotations across critical departments including Design, Product Development, Technology, and Analysis.
• Contribute to the engineering lifecycle of high-performance subsea cables for offshore wind and renewable energy projects.
• Apply theoretical knowledge to solve complex technical challenges in a real-world industrial environment.
• Collaborate with senior experts to master advanced engineering methodologies and technical standards.

Candidate Profile

• Recent graduate or upcoming graduate with a degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related disciplines).
• Strong analytical mindset with a passion for innovation and sustainable energy solutions.
• Proactive learner with the ability to adapt to different technical environments through departmental rotations.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit to work within multidisciplinary teams.
