About the role
We are looking for a recent graduate who wants to make a tangible difference in the construction industry by putting safety at the heart of every project. You will work on a variety of construction and property management assignments, gaining hands‑on experience in risk identification, mitigation and regulatory compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Provide health and safety advisory services, supporting clients to meet obligations under CDM, the Building Safety Act and Building Regulations.
- Conduct risk assessments and on‑site safety audits, covering hazards such as working at height, asbestos and general site conditions.
- Prepare, review and maintain health and safety documentation to ensure alignment with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with design and construction teams to embed safety practices into project planning and execution.
- Develop professional skills including problem‑solving, time management, communication and stakeholder management.
Required profile
- A degree in a construction‑related discipline (e.g., Construction Management, Civil Engineering).
- Genuine interest in health and safety and a proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations (CDM) and any previous experience in construction, property or risk management is desirable.
