Graduate HR Partner

About the role

Amazon is seeking a bright, recent graduate to join its Human Resources team as a Graduate HR Partner. You will act as the primary HR liaison for Team Leads and Area Managers within an Amazon Fulfillment Center, helping to create a positive associate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Coach and support Team Leads and Area Managers on HR‑related topics.
• Manage low‑risk employee cases and support investigations in line with local legislation.
• Implement initiatives that improve workplace environment and employee engagement.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to execute hiring, recruiting and engagement programs.
• Develop and maintain communication plans with the HR team.
• Lead or support HR projects as assigned.
• Collect, analyse and report data on attrition, attendance, recruitment and engagement.
• Conduct compliance audits applying knowledge of local employee law.

Required profile

• Experience with the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional setting.
• Proven ability to analyse data and create reports for leadership.
• Experience handling confidential HR information.
• University degree completed before start date or graduated within the last 24 months.
• Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English.
