Graduate / Junior Technology Consultant – ERP Implementation

About the role

Our client, a global accountancy and business advisory firm, is expanding its technology team in Birmingham. This graduate or junior position offers the chance to work on ERP implementation projects for clients across the UK, supporting both technology and finance functions.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients in selecting, designing and implementing new ERP systems.
• Collaborate with experienced technology and finance professionals on FinTech and VATech projects.
• Support finance teams on all technology‑related aspects of ERP roll‑outs.
• Work directly with ERP vendors and implementation partners on behalf of clients.
• Contribute to process automation and optimisation initiatives.

Required profile

• Passion for technology and a strong motivation to streamline processes.
• Recent graduate or early‑career professional with a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Data Science, Data Engineering, Philosophy or related fields.
• Internship or project experience in a technology environment is desirable but not mandatory.
• Ability to deliver projects on time and within budget under tight deadlines.
