About the role

Key responsibilities

• Identify, attract and interview high‑calibre graduate candidates for client vacancies.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with both clients and candidates.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from briefing to offer acceptance.
• Generate new business through networking, referrals and proactive outreach.
• Meet individual targets and earn uncapped commission.

Required profile

• Graduates completing their degree in 2025 or 2026.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
