Graphic Designer – Remote (2‑month contract)

About the role

We are seeking a versatile Graphic Designer to create high‑quality visual assets for both digital and print channels. This fixed‑term, two‑month contract is remote‑first, supporting marketing, events and internal communications while adhering to brand guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver digital assets (≈70%) such as social media graphics, event page banners, invitations and campaign visuals.
• Create print collateral (≈30%) including brochures, event materials and large‑format assets, preparing files with correct bleeds and colour modes.
• Maintain brand consistency across all outputs and ensure technical accuracy for print production.
• Manage multiple design briefs simultaneously, meeting deadlines and production requirements.
• Use workflow tools (e.g., Wrike), SharePoint and Microsoft Office for file management, feedback and collaboration.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a graphic designer with a strong portfolio covering digital and print work.
• Mid‑level professional capable of working independently and handling several briefs at pace.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management skills with attention to detail.

• Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
• PowerPoint design
• Print production knowledge (bleeds, RGB vs CMYK, file set‑up)
• SharePoint and Microsoft Office tools
• Wrike or similar project‑tracking system
