Growth Lead – Paid Marketing

About the role

The Growth Lead (Paid Marketing) will own Avant Arte’s acquisition engine and the performance of its paid campaigns, driving new collector acquisition and maximising commercial impact. You will also lead paid acquisition for Make‑Ready Editions, working closely with the brand’s Marketing Lead.

Key responsibilities

• Lead paid acquisition for Avant Arte and Make‑Ready Editions, adapting audience, media and optimisation strategies per brand.
• Set realistic channel targets, optimise performance, and bring strong measurement, forecasting and testing discipline to a rapidly growing paid media budget.
• Own cross‑channel campaign planning, forecasting and optimisation for each release, briefing creative needs and leading post‑campaign analysis.
• Manage two Marketing Managers, providing direction, development support and raising campaign standards.

Required profile

• 7+ years in performance, growth or acquisition marketing, preferably in e‑commerce or marketplace environments.
• Proven experience managing significant paid media budgets across Meta and ideally Google and TikTok.
• Demonstrated ability to build forecasts from assumptions, analyse results and iterate quickly.
• Experience leading and developing team members, fostering ownership and accountability.
