Head of Artist Delivery

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Head of Artist Delivery to lead the delivery of high‑quality support services for our roster of artists. Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will shape the strategy, drive operational excellence and nurture a high‑performing team.

Key responsibilities

• Allocate workloads and resources across the Artist Delivery team to ensure consistent service levels.
• Line‑manage Coordinators, interns and placement students, supporting their development and performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Partners, Agents and internal stakeholders to understand artist needs.
• Review, improve and document delivery processes for efficiency and consistency.
• Support the rollout of new technology and operational improvements.
• Develop and deliver training programmes for the Artist Delivery team.
• Collaborate with Finance, Marketing and Technology teams to provide a seamless service.
• Lead work‑placement and mentoring programmes, managing external partners and budgets.
• Oversee compliance and administration for the Chris Meredith Foundation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in the live music industry, preferably in artist services or live operations.
• Strong track record of managing and developing teams.
• Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Problem‑solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Confidence using technology and adapting to new systems.
