Head of Digital & Delivery Marketing

About the role

This senior leadership position sits at the heart of a fast‑growing hospitality brand, reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer. You will shape and execute the digital and delivery marketing strategy, driving growth across first‑party and third‑party channels while enhancing customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead commercial performance and growth of all delivery platforms (Deliveroo, Uber Eats, Just Eat, etc.).
• Develop and execute digital acquisition strategies across paid, owned, and performance channels.
• Own CRM, loyalty and retention programmes, building segmentation and automated journeys.
• Manage acquisition budgets, monitor ROAS, ROI and channel efficiency.
• Build reporting frameworks and dashboards for data‑driven decision making.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with marketing, brand, technology, finance and operations teams.
• Oversee agency relationships for paid media, PPC, social advertising, CRM and website optimisation.

• Strategic thinker with a hands‑on execution mindset.
• Commercially minded digital leader experienced in performance marketing and delivery partnerships.
• Strong analytical skills with a data‑led optimisation approach.
• Proven ability to work at senior level and influence across functions.
