Head of Finance (Renewable Energy)

About the role

We are seeking a Head of Finance to lead the financial function of a fast‑growing renewable‑energy business based in London. The role will shape financial reporting, commercial analysis and finance strategy as the company scales its circular‑economy portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end financial reporting for the project portfolio and present results to the board on a monthly basis.
• Develop and implement strategic finance processes and commercial finance strategy to support rapid growth.
• Conduct commercial analysis of project and portfolio performance, providing insights for decision‑making.
• Lead, mentor and develop the finance team, ensuring high‑quality delivery.

Required profile

• Qualified accountant (ACA or ACCA) with experience in energy, high‑growth or similar sectors.
• Proven ability to design and embed finance processes in a scaling business.
• Strong presentation skills, comfortable delivering senior‑level and board‑level reports.
