Head of FlightSocial

About the role

We are looking for a senior leader to own the day‑to‑day operations of FlightSocials, our media growth agency. You will lead a team of media growth managers and editors, manage creator partnerships, and be accountable for commercial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of 5+ media growth managers and editors, set goals, run 1:1s and performance reviews, and recruit new talent.
• Own daily and weekly performance reporting across channels, track metrics such as views, reach, engagement, revenue, RPM and translate insights into actionable content strategies.
• Manage creator and talent relationships, oversee onboarding, negotiate revenue‑share terms and provide regular performance updates.
• Run operational processes including invoicing, payment, revenue‑share statements, and collaborate with Finance for accurate reconciliation.
• Build the FlightSocials brand internally and externally, and work closely with adjacent teams to balance revenue and audience‑growth priorities.

Required profile

• 5+ years experience in media, social, digital publishing or the creator economy.
• Proven track record of building audiences on Facebook and monetising short‑form video.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in revenue‑share models, P&L ownership and forecasting.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop creative or production teams.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence dealing with senior stakeholders and external partners.

Required skills

• Hands‑on knowledge of Facebook and short‑form video monetisation.
• Proficiency with analytics platforms, dashboards and spreadsheets.
