Head of Guest Services

About the role

The Head of Guest Services will lead the delivery of a premium, hospitality‑led experience across a UK‑wide portfolio of corporate sites. Based in London two days a week, you will work closely with regional teams to ensure consistent service standards and enhance tenant satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain consistent service standards across all locations, ensuring a premium guest experience.
• Oversee multi‑site operations including reception, concierge, hospitality and meeting‑room services.
• Drive service improvements by analysing KPIs and tenant feedback, presenting recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Build strong relationships with occupiers, clients and service partners to support tenant retention.
• Coach and develop site‑based teams, promoting consistent behaviours and high‑quality client interactions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a regional client services, account management or workplace experience role covering multiple sites.
• Background in corporate services, commercial property, hospitality or facilities management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a UK‑wide portfolio with regular presence in London.
• Strong stakeholder management and client relationship skills.
• Organised, proactive and confident when working with regional teams.
