HGV Driver – Flexible Full‑time/Part‑time Roles in Grangemouth

About the role

We are recruiting HGV Drivers for our Grangemouth base. The role offers flexibility with full‑time, part‑time or relief shifts, and the chance to operate a modern fleet for a family‑owned logistics business.

Key responsibilities

• Drive HGV Class 1 vehicles with a variety of trailers, including flatbeds, curtain siders, low loaders, tankers and forestry pin trailers.
• Load and unload a range of cargo such as timber, round wood, fertiliser, concrete, steel and paper, ensuring safe and secure handling throughout the journey.
• Perform daily vehicle checks, complete tachograph records and relevant paperwork, and comply with all safety and legislative requirements.
• Maintain up‑to‑date training for both articulated and rigid vehicles and adhere to company and legal standards.

Required profile

• Valid HGV Class 1 (CE) licence.
• Driver Qualification Card (DQC); ADR licence is a plus but not essential.
• Experience in timber haulage is desirable.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and collaborate effectively within a team.
