Hospitality Trainer – Remote (London area)

About the role

Join an award‑winning training provider as a Hospitality Trainer, delivering hands‑on learning to apprentices across the London area. You will work primarily from home, with regular visits to apprentices’ workplaces, helping shape the next generation of hospitality professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Guide apprentices at all levels, developing their confidence and practical skills.
• Deliver training at the Hospitality Academy, covering essential techniques and customer service.
• Personalise learning plans to match each apprentice’s needs.
• Demonstrate how communication, teamwork and problem‑solving apply in hospitality settings.
• Maintain relationships with employers and report on apprentice progress.
• Handle administrative duties and plan activities using Google Suite and other systems.
• Travel up to three days per week within the designated area to visit apprentices.

Required profile

• Proven experience at a hospitality management level.
• Management experience in at least one area such as F&B, housekeeping, front office, events, outlet or kitchen.
• Relevant professional qualification in hospitality or a related field (preferred).
• Confidence with technology and strong organisational abilities.
• Level 2 GCSE (or willingness to achieve) in English and maths.
• Full driving licence and access to a vehicle for local travel.
