Housekeeper – Live‑in

About the role

We are seeking a live‑in Housekeeper to join our close‑knit team at The Atlantic on St Mary’s, Isles of Scilly. You will be the first friendly face guests meet and will ensure their rooms remain spotless throughout their stay. No prior experience is required – we will provide full training.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and attend to their immediate needs.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness in guest rooms and public areas.
• Change linens, replenish amenities, and report any maintenance issues.
• Support front‑of‑house operations to ensure smooth service flow.
• Adhere to health and safety and hygiene procedures.

• Passion for creating a welcoming hospitality experience.
• Pride in keeping environments clean and tidy.
• Team‑oriented attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Flexible approach to working hours, including evenings and weekends.
