Housekeeping Assistant – Care Home

About the role

As a Housekeeping Assistant in a Barchester care home, you will help create a warm, homely environment that meets each resident’s unique needs. Your daily cleaning and housekeeping duties keep the home safe, tidy and welcoming for residents, visitors and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Perform a variety of cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and bathroom sanitation.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene across resident rooms, communal areas and facilities.
• Ensure all equipment and supplies are stocked and used safely.
