Housekeeping Assistant

About the role

Join the Housekeeping team at De Vere Tortworth Court and help create memorable experiences for guests by maintaining impeccable cleanliness across bedrooms, bathrooms and public areas. This flexible, part‑time position runs from mid‑June to mid‑September and includes weekend shifts on a rota basis.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and tidy guest rooms, bathrooms and communal spaces to the highest standards.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and report any maintenance issues.
• Follow De Vere lost‑property procedures and ensure all items are logged correctly.
• Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure smooth operation during busy periods.

Required profile

• A flexible, can‑do attitude with a strong eye for detail.
• Reliability, punctuality and a professional personal presentation.
• Experience in cleaning or a similarly physical role is preferred.
• Alignment with De Vere values: warmth, graciousness and genuine hospitality.
