About the role
We are looking for an HR Assistant to join our HR Strategy & Operations team in London. The role provides operational and administrative support across recruitment, onboarding and learning & development, offering exposure to all core HR functions.
Key responsibilities
- Support recruitment campaigns, job postings and candidate tracking in Workday.
- Coordinate interview scheduling, panel arrangements and debrief meetings using automated scheduling tools.
- Manage the end‑to‑end new‑joiner process, including pre‑boarding, onboarding and documentation.
- Assist with learning and development activities and help maintain training records.
- Provide general HR operational and administrative support to employees and managers.
Required profile
- Previous experience in HR operations or administration.
- Interest in developing recruitment and learning & development expertise.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with HR team, business partners and external stakeholders.
Required skills
- Workday (HRIS) – creating job posts, updating candidate information.
