Human Resources Generalist – HR & Recruiter

About the role

AYES is seeking a motivated Human Resources Generalist to join its London office. You will receive dedicated training and will be involved in end‑to‑end recruitment and HR administration for engineering talent.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct recruiting activities and source qualified engineering profiles.
• Screen CVs, interview candidates and support selection decisions.
• Manage employment contracts, onboarding paperwork and HR administration.
• Prepare reports for senior management and track recruitment KPIs.
• Participate in continuous learning and on‑the‑job training programmes.

Required profile

• University degree or master’s in Modern Languages, International Relations, Economics, Communications, Human Resources Management, Humanities or related fields.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and a commitment to personal growth.
• Passion, ambition and curiosity about HR and recruitment.
