Independent Financial Adviser – Existing Client Bank & Unlimited Leads

About the role

Join a respected independent financial planning firm and start day one with an established, revenue‑producing client bank. You will receive a continuous flow of pre‑qualified, warm enquiries, allowing you to focus on delivering high‑quality, independent advice without cold‑calling or lead‑purchasing.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop an existing portfolio of private clients, providing ongoing advice on pensions, investments, retirement, protection and inheritance tax planning.
• Meet a steady stream of warm, pre‑qualified new clients and convert enquiries into long‑term relationships.
• Deliver truly independent, whole‑of‑market financial advice tailored to each client’s needs.
• Build lasting relationships that generate referrals and recurring income.

Required profile

• Strong client‑facing attitude with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Diploma Level 4 in Regulated Financial Planning (or equivalent).
• Minimum three years’ experience as a client‑facing Financial Adviser.
• Charismatic, confident and able to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Required skills

• Financial planning and advice across pensions, investments, retirement, protection and inheritance tax.
